1. Scope of this statement
1.1 This statement applies to the getradi.eu website, operated by Getradi Ltd. The tools customers use to manage their hosting are provided using third-party software, which we review separately (see section 4).
1.2 As a private company, we are not covered by the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. We publish this statement voluntarily, and because the Equality Act 2010 requires service providers to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people.
2. Our accessibility standard
2.1 We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This website was designed and built with that target.
3. What we have done
3.1 On this website you should be able to:
- navigate every page, menu, pricing toggle and form using only a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator;
- skip straight to the main content with a "Skip to content" link;
- zoom up to 400% without content being cut off or needing to scroll horizontally, except for comparison tables, which scroll within their own area;
- use a screen reader, with page landmarks, a logical heading structure, descriptive link text and text alternatives for meaningful images;
- read text with a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text and interface elements) — our brand colours were tested for this;
- understand form errors, which are explained in text and linked to the field that needs attention, not just shown in colour;
- use touch targets of at least 44 × 44 pixels for buttons and main controls; and
- reduce motion: animations are minimal and respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
4. Known limitations
4.1 We know about the following limitations and are working on them:
- Comparison tables on small screens scroll horizontally inside their container. All the information is also available in the plan cards above each table.
- Hosting management tools: these use third-party software. We have chosen tools that state support for accessibility standards, but some screens may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If you have difficulty using them, our support team can carry out tasks for you or guide you through them.
- Older PDF documents, such as historic invoices, may not be fully accessible. Contact us and we will send the information in an accessible format.
5. Feedback and contact
5.1 If you find an accessibility problem on our website, or need information in a different format (such as large print, plain text or audio), please contact us:
- email: hello@getradi.eu
- phone: +44 20 7946 0958 (Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UK time),
- a support ticket by email to support@getradi.eu, available 24/7
5.2 Please tell us the page address (URL), what you were trying to do and the technology you were using, such as your browser and assistive technology. We will acknowledge your message within 2 working days and aim to resolve the issue, or provide the information another way, within 10 working days.
5.3 If you are not happy with our response, you can use our Complaints Procedure. If you believe we have not met our duties under the Equality Act 2010, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
6. How we tested this website
6.1 We assess this website against WCAG 2.2 AA using a combination of automated checks and manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing, browser zoom and mobile devices. We review it again whenever we make significant changes to the design or templates.
7. Preparation of this statement
7.1 This statement was prepared on 11 October 2026. It was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of this page.
