1. About us and these terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Terms") are provided by Getradi Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16034527, whose registered office is at Suite 4.06, 86 Leonard Street, London EC2A 4RH, United Kingdom ("Getradi", "we", "us", "our"). Our VAT registration number is GB 438 2917 06.
1.2 You can contact us by email at support@getradi.eu, by phone on +44 20 7946 0958 (Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UK time), or by writing to our registered office.
1.3 These Terms apply to every hosting service you order from us (each a "Service"). They form a contract between us and the person or organisation named on the account ("you"). The following documents are part of these Terms and you agree to them when you place an order:
- our Acceptable Use Policy;
- our Service Level Agreement;
- our Refund & Cancellation Policy; and
- our Data Processing Agreement, which applies whenever we process personal data on your behalf.
1.4 Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your own personal data. If there is a conflict between these Terms and another document listed above, these Terms take priority, except that the Data Processing Agreement takes priority on data protection matters.
1.5 Consumers and business customers. Some parts of these Terms apply differently depending on whether you are a consumer (an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession) or a business customer. Where this matters, we say so. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Our services
2.1 We provide shared web hosting on servers located in our data centre in London, United Kingdom. We currently offer three products, each with three plans (Start, Plus and Pro):
- SSD Hosting — general-purpose hosting for websites and applications;
- WordPress Hosting — hosting with WordPress pre-installed and configured; and
- WooCommerce Hosting — hosting with WordPress and WooCommerce pre-installed and caching configured for online shops.
2.2 The features and resource limits of each plan (including storage and email accounts) are described on our website at the time of your order. The description shown when you order forms part of your contract.
2.3 Domain names. We do not register, transfer or renew domain names. You must own or control the domain name you use with the Service and point it to our servers. You are responsible for renewing your domain name with your registrar.
2.4 No backup service. Our plans do not include a backup or restore service. Although we take care to protect our infrastructure, data can be lost through software faults, hardware failure, security incidents or your own actions. You are responsible for making and keeping regular, independent copies of all the content, files, databases and email on your account. You can download your files and databases at any time over FTP, or by asking our support team.
2.5 We may update the software, hardware and network that we use to provide the Services (for example, the operating system, web server or PHP versions) to keep them secure and up to date. We will not make changes that materially reduce the features of your plan during a paid period without your agreement, unless the change is required by law or for security reasons. If a change is likely to affect your website, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
3. Your account
3.1 To order a Service you complete the order form on our website at getradi.eu/order/. We open a customer account for you using the details you give us. You must be at least 18 years old and give us accurate, complete information, and keep it up to date.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your passwords and access details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away at support@getradi.eu if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
3.3 We may need to verify your identity, payment method or contact details before we activate or continue a Service, particularly to prevent fraud. If you do not provide the information we reasonably ask for, we may refuse or suspend the order.
4. Ordering and the contract
4.1 Our website shows the Services we offer and their prices. This is an invitation for you to place an order, not an offer by us.
4.2 When you submit the order form, you make an offer to buy the Service you have chosen. We check your order and, if we accept it, email you an order confirmation with your invoice and a secure payment link. The contract between us is formed when we send that order confirmation. Our team sets up your Service manually once we receive your payment, usually within one working day, and emails you your access details when it is active. We may decline an order, for example where we cannot verify your details or the order appears to breach our Acceptable Use Policy. If we decline an order, we will refund any payment in full.
4.3 Before you submit the order form you can see the plan, billing period and price you have chosen, and you can correct any input errors. Our order confirmation sets out the plan, billing period, price, VAT and total amount payable before you pay. If anything in it is wrong, reply before paying and we will correct it.
4.4 The order confirmation includes, or links to, these Terms. We keep a copy of your order and will send you a copy at any time on request.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
5.1 The prices on our website are shown in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is added at the rate that applies based on your location and status (for example, whether you are a business with a valid VAT number). The total price you will pay, including VAT, is shown on your order confirmation and invoice before you pay.
5.2 You can choose yearly billing (paid in advance for 12 months) or monthly billing (paid in advance for one month). The price per month differs between the two options, as shown on our website.
5.3 Payment is due in advance for each billing period. We accept the payment methods offered through the secure payment link in your invoice. If you choose to save a payment method, you authorise us to charge it for renewals as described in section 6.
5.4 If a payment fails, we will tell you by email and try again. If payment is still outstanding 7 days after the due date, we may suspend the Service. If it remains unpaid 30 days after the due date, we may terminate the Service and delete its data in line with section 11. We will remind you before we do either.
5.5 If you are a business customer, we may charge interest on overdue amounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5.6 If we made an obvious pricing error on our website, we will tell you before we accept your order and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.
6. Renewal and price changes
6.1 Automatic renewal. Your Service renews automatically at the end of each billing period for the same length of period, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewals are charged at the same price you paid for the previous period, unless we have told you about a price change under section 6.3.
6.2 Reminders. We will email you a reminder at least 14 days before every yearly renewal, setting out the renewal date, the amount you will pay and how to cancel. For monthly plans, every invoice shows the next renewal date, and we will tell you it at any time on request.
6.3 Price changes. We may change our prices for future billing periods. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your Service. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before the change takes effect and you will not pay the new price.
6.4 How to cancel a renewal. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@getradi.eu from the email address on your account, or by replying to any renewal reminder. We confirm every cancellation by email. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Service continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We aim to make cancelling as easy as signing up, in line with UK consumer and subscription rules, including the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 as its provisions come into force.
6.5 Changing plan. You can upgrade to a larger plan of the same hosting type at any time by emailing support@getradi.eu. The upgrade applies as soon as we have confirmed it and you pay a pro-rata amount for the rest of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect from your next renewal date, provided your usage fits within the smaller plan's limits.
7. Your right to cancel and the money-back guarantee
7.1 Statutory cancellation right (consumers). If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of the day it is formed (the day we send your order confirmation), without giving a reason.
7.2 Because we set up your hosting as soon as we can after payment, when you pay you ask us to begin providing the Service during the cancellation period. Under the Regulations, if you then cancel within 14 days, we could charge you for the service supplied up to that point.
7.3 Our 15-day money-back guarantee is more generous. If this is your first order of a given product with us and you cancel within 15 days of the date your Service is activated, we will refund the full amount you paid for that Service, with no deduction for the service supplied. This applies to consumers and business customers. It applies once per customer per product and does not cover Services terminated for a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
7.4 To cancel, tell us clearly by email to support@getradi.eu or by post to our registered office. You can use the model cancellation form in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, but you do not have to.
7.5 After the 15-day money-back period, refunds are handled as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Resources and fair use
8.1 Each plan includes the resource limits shown on our website, such as storage and email accounts. To protect deliverability for every customer, our servers may also apply reasonable limits to outgoing email volume. Our servers enforce these limits automatically.
8.2 "Unmetered" bandwidth means we do not set a fixed monthly data transfer cap or charge for traffic overage. It is provided under fair use: it covers normal traffic to a website of the type the plan is intended for. It does not cover using the Service mainly for file distribution, streaming large media files, backup storage or as a content delivery network.
8.3 Shared hosting means many customers share the same server. To keep the service fast and stable for everyone, we may set reasonable limits on processing power, memory, the number of files (inodes), processes, concurrent connections, databases and database size. If your account repeatedly uses more resources than its plan allows or affects other customers, we will contact you to explain the problem and suggest a solution, such as optimising the site or moving to a larger plan. If there is an immediate risk to the server or other customers, we may restrict the affected part of your account first and tell you straight away.
9. Your responsibilities
9.1 You are responsible for the content, software and data you place on the Service ("Customer Content"), and for making sure that it, and your use of the Service, complies with the law and our Acceptable Use Policy.
9.2 You must keep the software you install (for example WordPress, themes and plugins) up to date and secure, use strong passwords and remove software you no longer use.
9.3 You must keep your own backups of Customer Content (see section 2.4).
9.4 If you use the Service to process personal data about other people (for example, the customers of your online shop), you are the controller of that data. Our Data Processing Agreement sets out our responsibilities as your processor.
9.5 You must not resell or sub-let the Service to third parties unless we agree in writing. You may host websites for your own clients if you remain responsible for them under these Terms.
9.6 You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit and display Customer Content only as needed to provide the Services. You keep all rights in Customer Content.
10. Our obligations and support
10.1 We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for consumers, and in line with good industry practice.
10.2 We aim to keep the Services available 99.9% of the time each month, as set out in our Service Level Agreement, which also explains the service credits available if we do not meet that target.
10.3 Technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through support tickets sent by email to support@getradi.eu. Telephone sales enquiries are handled during Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UK time. Support covers the operation of our platform and the features of your plan. It does not include developing, designing, repairing or debugging your website or third-party software, although we will always try to point you in the right direction.
10.4 We may carry out scheduled maintenance. We will give at least 48 hours' notice of scheduled maintenance that we expect to cause noticeable disruption, and we will try to schedule it at quiet times.
11. Suspension and termination
11.1 By you. You can cancel a Service at any time as described in section 6.4. Refunds are covered in section 7 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11.2 Suspension by us. We may suspend all or part of a Service if:
- you do not pay an amount when it is due (see section 5.4);
- your account is compromised, contains malware or is being used to attack other systems;
- your use of the Service breaches the Acceptable Use Policy or puts the server, our network or other customers at risk; or
- we are required to do so by law, a court order or a competent authority.
11.3 Where we can, we will warn you and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem before suspending the Service. Where there is an urgent risk, we may suspend first and tell you as soon as possible afterwards with the reason and what you need to do.
11.4 Termination by us. We may terminate a Service by giving you notice if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or if a suspension under section 11.2 is not resolved within 30 days. We may also stop offering a Service for any reason by giving you at least 60 days' notice, in which case we will refund any amount you have paid for the period after termination.
11.5 After termination. When a Service ends, we will keep its data for 14 days so you can download it, unless the Service was terminated for illegal content or the law requires otherwise. After that, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please make sure you have your own copy before the Service ends.
12. Our liability
12.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12.2 If you are a consumer: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. If defective digital content that we supply damages a device or digital content belonging to you, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation, unless the damage was caused by your failure to follow our instructions. We provide the Services for domestic and private use; if you use them for business purposes, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
12.3 If you are a business customer:
- we will not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
- we will not be liable for any loss or corruption of data, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms, and in that case only for the reasonable cost of reloading the data from your most recent backup; and
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the total fees you paid us for the affected Service in that period.
12.4 Service credits under the Service Level Agreement are your sole financial remedy for unavailability of the Service, except where you are a consumer and the law gives you other rights.
12.5 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, widespread internet outages, failures of third-party networks or power suppliers, acts of government, or large-scale cyber attacks that could not reasonably be mitigated. If such an event happens, we will tell you, do what we reasonably can to reduce its effect and restore the Service as soon as possible.
13. Claims against us caused by your content (business customers)
13.1 If you are a business customer, you will compensate us for reasonable losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) we incur because of a third-party claim that Customer Content or your use of the Service breaches the law or someone else's rights, provided we tell you promptly about the claim and let you take part in its defence.
14. Changes to these Terms
14.1 We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law, our Services or the way we run our business. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any change that materially affects you. If you do not agree to the change, you can cancel the affected Service before it takes effect and we will refund any amount you have paid for the period after cancellation.
14.2 Minor changes that do not affect your rights (for example, correcting typing errors or clarifying wording) may take effect immediately. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page.
15. General
15.1 Notices. We will send notices to the email address on your account. You can send notices to us at legal@getradi.eu or by post to our registered office.
15.2 Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, and will tell you if we do. If you are unhappy with the transfer, you can cancel and receive a refund for any period you have paid for but not received. You may only transfer your rights or obligations to someone else with our written agreement.
15.3 Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
15.4 Severability. If a court finds part of these Terms illegal or unenforceable, the rest will continue in force.
15.5 No waiver. If we do not insist immediately that you do something you are required to do, or delay taking steps against you, this does not mean you do not have to do it or prevent us from taking steps later.
15.6 Entire agreement (business customers). For business customers, these Terms and the documents referred to in section 1.3 are the entire agreement between us about the Services.
16. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
16.1 If you have a complaint, please follow our Complaints Procedure. We will try to resolve it quickly and fairly.
16.2 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
16.3 The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in Scotland; if you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
